Most deliveries will be made within 3-7 working days, excluding weekends. Please be aware that it can take 3-5 working days for your order to show up in the carrier network.

During this time there won't be an update to the tracker, but please be assured that your package is on its way to you.

DeLIVERY

We offer a range of delivery options to receive the Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs. 


1) Standard Delivery:

  • FREE service, delivered within 3-5 working days, for orders over 100£
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours (Monday to Saturday in UK).
  • Select Standard Delivery at checkout.


2) Collection Points: 

  • Only available in: UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherland, Belgium and Luxemburg
  • FREE service, delivered within 3-5 working days,  for orders over 100£
  • Collection is available 7 days a week, depending on store opening hours.


3) Free Click & Collect at any TIMBERLAND store: 

  • Only available in: France, Germany, Italy, The Netherland and Austria.
  • FREE delivery to your local Timberland Store within 1-2 business day.
  • Collection is available 7 days a week, depending on store opening hours. An email will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
  • Select Collection Point at checkout.


4) Express & Next day Delivery

  • With our express delivery, pay £10 fee and your order is delivered within 1/2 working days
  • If your zip code is served you can automatically benefit of the next day delivery (for orders placed before 5 pm) with a £10 fee


Shipment tracking

You can track shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us. 


Please note:

  • It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
  • We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
  • If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
  • Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
  • All Products are shipped from our warehouses in Almelo, The Netherlands.
  • Please note that any order placed on a specific Country's website, can only be delivered to the related Country.


We only deliver in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

We do not deliver in British Overseas Territories, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and British Forces Post Offices, Livigno, Vatican City and Republic of San Marino, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canary Islands and PO Boxes.

Upon dispatch of the Products from our warehouses, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email.
