REWILDING LONDON

During all the month of September join Joeja - Joel & Jade, a London based 3D animation and illustration studio as they transform our Carnaby Street Flagship store with augmented reality installations. Visitors will be able to watch as AR trees change seasons and nature takes over parts of the store. Other works will transport them into various natural environments and allow audiences to meet and play with and interactive squirrel, all in store.

NATURE
WONDERLAND

In October, as part of our ongoing series in support of London National Park City, Nature Pops Up, Caroline Byrne created an urban jungle in our Carnaby Street Flagship store, filling it with colorful handmade paper plants and live workshops. In selected weekends she ran botanical collages workshops, where participants could create their own plants.

Caroline, during October released a signed, limited edition print available only at our Carnaby St. store. 100% of print proceeds will be donated to Charity.

CAROLINE BYRNE

She’s an Irish set designer and artist living in London.

Her finished work is inspired by nature, while her method is inspired by her material of choice, paper. Her craft is so well practiced she’s able to create almost anything she chooses from paper.

Brazen Botany became her labour of love during lockdown 2020. She wanted to bring the vibrance and atmosphere of the life of a set designer into her own home. She decided to put her skills, passion and artistic license to good use and create the magic of a tropical jungle inside her home. She became playful with colours and textures and went beyond what exists in nature to create her own statement art houseplants.

FLOWER POWER

In September, as part of our ongoing series in support of London National Park City, Nature Pops Up, illustrator Francesca Tiley filled our Carnaby Street store with her nature-tinged work. Her illustrations covered the windows and mirrors and each weekend she ran a screen-printing workshop in the store, where participants could print their own nature themed postcards.

Francesca, during the last month released a signed, limited edition print available only at our Carnaby St. store. 100% of print proceeds will be donated to Charity.

FRANCESCA TILEY

a London based illustrator who makes joyful bold, nature-tinged work with a love of strong colours, expressive drawing and hand rendered lettering. Her work is inspired by her British-Mexican heritage nature and multiculturalism is at the heart of her practice.
