Featuring a ReBOTL™ fabric upper containing 50% recycled PET plastic, these trainers have a removable contoured sock liner, and a GreenStride™ midsole made using an EVA blend including at least 65% biobased materials derived from sugar cane and responsibly grown rubber.
ReBOTL™ Material
The ReBOTL™ material used in Timberland® apparel contains at least 40% recycled PET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate, the stuff plastic bottles are made of). The ReBOTL™ material used in Timberland® footwear and accessories contains at least 50% recycled PET. (Excepting trace materials)
GreenStride™ Comfort Soles
This high-rebound EVA foam is made with at least 65% renewable materials: sugar cane and natural rubber tapped from trees. GreenStride™ is USDA Certified Biobased.
Recycled Rubber
Rubber gets a second chance when it is ground up and recycled into new, usable rubber that we then use in our footwear outsoles. This also helps us increase our use of recycled materials
