WHAT IS TIMBERLAND COMMUNITY?

The Community is the first Timberland Membership program.

We’re on a mission to create a more equitable and greener future by making responsible long-lasting shoes, clothing and accessories. We want to be pioneers, with our eco-lead Community that links our members to nature.

As a member of our Community, you’ll get exclusive designs and members-only access and experiences. Earn points by shopping and participating in polls and contests and redeem those points for exclusive rewards.


HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR TIMBERLAND COMMUNITY?

You can join the Community here or by visiting a participating UK. Please find the list of participating stores below. Anyone living in the UK and aged 18 and above can join. No purchase necessary, and it’s free to join!


I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON TIMBERLAND.CO.UK AND RECEIVE EMAILS. AM I ALREADY A MEMBER?

If your account was made before 12th April 2021, you will still need to add Timberland Community to your account, you’ll just need to confirm your age. Check your status and become a member of the Timberland Community here.


IS THERE AN APP?

There currently isn’t an app but we might think about launching it in the future.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You can earn points in three ways:

  • Make a purchase at a participating Timberland store.
  • Make a purchase on Timberland.co.uk.
  • Engage with the Timberland Community by participating at our challenges and pools.
     

Points will not be awarded for Timberland merchandise purchased at non-Timberland stores. Points will not be awarded for buying a gift card, but they will be awarded when applying a gift card to make a purchase.


HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN ON MY PURCHASE?

For every £1 you spend at participating Timberland stores and Timberland.co.uk, you will earn 10 points.


WHAT DO MY POINTS GET ME?

Your points can be redeemed against:

participation in monthly challenges, that will give you the chance to win a free pair of shoes, apparel or accessories.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR REWARDS?

Check out your Timberland Community Dashboard or redeem page for available rewards and follow instructions to redeem your points for different types of rewards.


HOW DO I SEE AVAILABLE REWARDS?

Timberland Community members can see all rewards currently available in their dashboard or in their reward page.


CAN I GET CREDIT FOR PURCHASES I MADE BEFORE I JOINED?

Unfortunately not, you are only able to earn points for purchases made after joining the Timberland Community.


I FORGOT TO LET THE STORE ASSOCIATE KNOW I’M A TIMBERLAND COMMUNITY MEMBER. CAN I GET STILL GET POINTS FOR MY PURCHASE?

If you’re a member of Timberland Community and were a member at the time of your purchase, you can simply call Customer Service at 0800 1216028 within 30 days of your purchase to get your Timberland Community points. Our team will confirm your Timberland Community enrollment and your transaction details, then award you your points. You can also use our missing points page. Once you’ve submitted your request, our customer service team will assign you points for your purchase, if it’s eligible.


DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

No, your points don’t expire once they have been earned.


WHEN DO POINTS SHOW UP IN MY ACCOUNT?

Please allow up to 72 hours after you earn points for them to show up in your account.


HOW DO I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

You can see your points balance in your Timberland Community Dashboard.
or in your history tab, where you’ll find how and when you earned your points


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Points will be removed from your account when you return items or cancel an order.


I DON’T SEE POINTS I THINK I SHOULD HAVE EARNED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you made your purchase in-store, click here to submit your receipt and get your points or call our customer service to get some help with that. If you made the purchase online, please contact Customer Service at 0800 1216028 for help.


CAN I RETURN REWARDS?

No, all reward redemptions are final.

Please contact Customer Service at 0800 1216028 and they should be able to assist you.


HOW DO I STOP GETTING EMAILS FROM TIMBERLAND COMMUNITY?

You may unsubscribe from the Timberland Community emails at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account. Even if you unsubscribe, you may still get an email from us if you need to reset your password and possibly if we want to surprise you with a gift. Update your communication preferences here.
